We still moved in with damaged kitchen cabinets / island, roof issues, and long punch list too numerous to detail here, but we were living in a hotel at that point. Today, 14 months later, we have a roof leak in bonus room ceiling due to poor shingling / flashing. We were told by Capitol City that our new home is no longer under warranty as of 3 months ago and so we are liable.
